MIB CEO, Dominic Clayden has made the following statement:
“Confirmation of the new Small Claims Pre-action Protocol, Practice Direction and Rules today, coupled with The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) laying the Civil Procedure and Whiplash Injury Regulations 2021, are major milestones. We are pleased to confirm we remain on track to be ready for launch on 31st May. We are now finalising the build and will be undertaking final testing before making it available to claims professionals in April. Ahead of this, we want to make as much information as possible available to claims professionals to help them prepare for the changes, so we will be staging webinars, spotlight demos and a digital clinic and publishing regular e-shot updates.
"369 organisations have now registered. We encourage claims professionals to start their registration process well ahead of launch. They can do so here.”
