Professional user and compensator walkthroughs

Three new service walkthrough videos are now available on our YouTube channel. The first demonstrates how a claims professional progresses a straight forward claim through the portal and the second looks at exceptions such as liability challenges and quantum disputes. The third looks at a claim from a compensator's perspective.

We have previously released an unrepresented claimant walkthrough which can be viewed here. This demo covers submitting a claim, selecting a medical report provider, reviewing the medical report and receiving and accepting an offer.
