End-to-end service clinic

Our end-to-end service clinic took place between 10am and 11.30am on Wednesday, March 31st.
 
This online event gave an opportunity to see a demo of Official Injury Claim from the compensator's perspective, ahead of the service being made available to all registered parties in the training environment in early April.  A separate demo is being developed for claimant representatives and will be published via an E-shot and shared with respective professional associations. 
 
Official Injury Claim’s Head of Service, Martin Saunders hosted the session.
